University and secondary school students identify public figures who they believe to be responsible for the biggest challenges they will face in their own lifetimes. These figures are subjected to a mock trial, with the students playing the part of defence, prosecution, witnesses, experts and the jury.
The students have identified defendants including Sir Richard Drax, Nigel Farage, Jim Ratcliffe, Prince Andrew, Tony Blair, Priti Patel and Nick Clegg. The Daily Mail has taken great issue with this program.

I work with students to develop a Bill of Rights and Responsibilities as part of a Constitution for their schools and universities. Students identify the issues that matter most to their peers, balance out the protections they seek and the duties they owe as members of the student body, and draw on the framing of the United States Constitution for structure.
The students very quickly grasp how any minority needs to be protected from the majority, the need for transparency and accountability, and how vital defence representation is for those facing discipline, or seeking to expose unfairness.
